On 4-5 June 2026, in Istanbul, Turkey, a number of important events took place for the international community of consulting engineers – a conference organised by the European Federation of Engineering Consultancy Associations (EFCA) entitled “Rethinking Resilience: Rebuilding Europe to withstand climate and security threats”, a meeting of the EFCA Board of Directors, and the awards ceremony for the winners of the “Future Leaders” Competition 2026”.
This year, Istanbul brought together leading consulting engineers, architects, industry experts and heads of European engineering associations to discuss global challenges, sustainable development strategies, digital transformation and the integration of best practices into the fields of spatial planning and infrastructure development.
Representatives of B-ACT S.A., a company with extensive experience in implementing infrastructure projects in Ukraine, shared their experience of working in crisis conditions and forged new partnerships with leading European counterparts.
We believe that the experience we have gained and the new partnerships we have formed will lay the foundations for the implementation of future infrastructure projects and the large-scale reconstruction of Ukraine.
