On 4 March 2026, a seminar organised by the Japanese Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism was held in Kyiv in collaboration with JUPITeR’s business partners as part of the ‘Public-Private Mission’ with the aim of developing partnerships between Ukrainian and Japanese companies in the fields of construction, engineering and consultancy services, and logistics.
The seminar focused on innovative solutions for the reconstruction of Ukraine, in particular modular construction, resource utilisation technologies, the automation of construction machinery, and the optimisation of logistics supply chains.
During the seminar, Yuriy Sereda, Director of the Representative Office of ‘B-ACT S.A.’, acting on behalf of the Polish company B-ACT S.A., spoke with representatives of NIPPON KOEI Co. Ltd – a leading Japanese engineering and consulting firm. B-ACT S.A. has experience of working with NIPPON KOEI Co. Ltd in the Polish market and looks forward to further fruitful cooperation in the reconstruction of Ukraine.
For information: JUPITeR was established in accordance with the Memorandum of Cooperation on supporting the reconstruction of Ukraine’s infrastructure, signed between the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan. The initiative aims to bring Japanese technology and expertise to the process of Ukraine’s reconstruction. It promotes cooperation in the fields of transport infrastructure, housing construction, logistics and the restoration of critical infrastructure.
